- PES-IAS chapter is the vibrant and dynamic Chapter under Pune Section. The efforts put in by Office bearers, Execom members and volunteers are recognised at Global level. Multiple times, chapter received recognition as High Performing Chapter Award (HPCP) awards as a token of appreciation.
- PES Outstanding Engineering Award is presented every year to the nominated PES member. This is also the plank for PES Outstanding Engineering Award is received from Global PES Chapter’s award’s committee which will be presented during AGM.
- Dr Surekha Deshmukh is appointed as a member of the IEEE Climate Change committee.
- Dr Surekha Deshmukh is nominated to participate at PES Training at Chaing Mai in December 23.
- Mandar Bhawalkar is nominated as a selection committee member for the IEEE PES India Hingorani Award.
- Funding of 16,848 is received from PES Region 10 for conducting ‘Industry Academia Engagement Workshop’
- Under PES High Performance Chapter Award (HPCP), $910 are received.
